This procedure encrypts the picture variable whose name is passed as the first parameter.
Encrypting is done by a coded key passed as the second parameter. Once encrypted, the picture cannot be decrypted unless the same key is passed to the decrypting routine.
A crypted picture is displayed as a lock.
Warning: Use this only on picture variables, not picture fields.
